    re: Ann: Centro Retail Trust - CER Extends C... The fact that the rollover was going to happen seemed like a bit of a given. The detail that I wanted to know is what pricing they achieved on the debt.

    My feeling is that as it has not been mentioned in this rollover or the last loan with Macquarie that it may be fairly expensive debt.
