    This is yet another good announcement.

    CER is on fire in regards to fundamentals.
    Everything is just falling into place nicely.

    Refinancing of loans.

    Hedges been closed off (be nice to get a few more closed of before aussie dollar drops back though, although there will definately be a increase in NTA as a result so far).

    Sales above book value.

    Also looking forward to JPmorgan upgrading share price target again

    Can't wait till next year. :)
