    Kev, could you please enlighten me to the connection between Christmas and the ability to withdraw with 60 days notice..
    As I read it AVB have up to 2 years to resolve the mining lease challenges which they have indicated they can resolve in 4 to 6 months.
    Once these are resolved the probability of withdrawing would be minimal from what we have been told.
    As I see it Christmas may be a little too early to celebrate.
    What am I misunderstanding?
