I found it a bit odd since I thought Geoff Wilson specifically mentioned in the past a different likelihood. I.e. that it was fair that CYA shareholders should get the value out of any tax losses first whilst considering a merger.
Having said that I sold at 94.5 and probably won't follow it all too closely now. I thought it was an efficient way to get some larger cap ASX exposure for most of this year and saw the discount to pre tax NTA contract by about 6% when holding.
