sure, appreciate what you say is correct there, but when you talk about stockpiles (which you have at length), you are talking metal, not concentrate, yes?
My understanding is that loosening the warehouse rent cap from 50 to 80 days, will only entice more stock to be stored, if the warehouse shares the rent with the original owners once the stock is sold. It remains to be seen if it will work. Also NCZ sells concentrate not metal, so not sure it will matter to them.
