right, i thought most (i know i have) acknowledged that sure there is some out there, but it's not likely enough to crash the market as some other seem to think

importantly, if it's always been there, then just making it official doesn't change the actual tightness of the market, it would simply change the metrics of the yardstick.. eg LME stockpiles; so a higher official number, would correspond to historic lower, and would have the same implication for price; that is unless you don't believe in supply and demand driven price discovery
