I take onboard the adage anyone has a right to post but is it to get your rocks off .. it is unusual i think for this thread to have so many downtrodden negative posts...

Obviously this will be a play to get things right (percentage recovery etc) but I have faith in management to sort it out.. if you do not like the company and thread .. exit stage left ... G
