yeah as would i. they could raise a substantially larger amount than through the ipo. lets say it was 10:1 and 55c strike price for first round they could raise $60+mil on the first round if all got exercised. 15:1 at the same price would be $44mil. and keeping the new shares similar to that of the proposed ipo at 20:1 issuing 60mil options they could raise $33mil. pretty effective strategy. will have to wait and see but i like the idea for sure
