id be pretty spewing to see sud move his position at all at this point in time or any time in at least the next 6-12 months. obviously everyone would have a reason to sell but i would not see that as a good sign given they have a far better option. ihl has the capacity to issue 120mil shares without a shareholder vote so they have no problem providing liquidity to the ndq listing.
