i agree a cr wont be associated with the listing. but they will do a cr if/when required. and if the ndq requires liquidity imo id rather see shares issued than a large shareholder off market sell. if they do only foresee a few million asx shares tied up there initially, on market buying would suffice this, and could quite possibly be happening as we speak, we dont know how they plan to manage it. sure a current broker may do an off market sale just saying if it came from someone within the company and a stage where up coming news is set to make the company id be disappointed and it would not give me confidence. obviously all hypothetical but just offering a point of view regarding sud moving shares. are we assuming bod shares will remain in escrow until the listing takes place even if it is not an ipo?
