Yeh its interesting though, and should be a good discussion here.
On the one hand even though he was pushed (maybe?), he has held onto all his shares. But he is also willing to use those shares as disruptive voter. He doesnt hold enough to vote against the majority, but very interesting he is voting against two directors...
