The slow down in Aus PDL purchasing is because of increased competition for PDLs. This is why CCP is stepping back from this market and growth is flat. This was flagged in previous result. Competitors have easy access to capital and are bidding up PDLs. So, CCP have decided that returns are suffering so aren't buying as much. It's not anything to do with the Royal Commission.
