The next Presentation is 1 February, and historically, that has always included a guidance update that typically improves on the previous guidance. The revised 4 Nov guidance only lifted the lower range for PDL investment. The 30 Nov guidance added the $60m Radio Rentals book to PDL invetment, and increased the flow-on affect to NPAT and EPS.
The next guidance on 1 February, should firm up the 30 Nov guidance, and only raise the lower of each range. If history holds true, the actual FY22 NPAT and EPS should be a little better than promised.
It would take something as yet unheralded to see the SP move into a higher trajectory. CCP has the financial firepower to grab any lucrative initiative that may emerge, and if Thomas Beregi cherishes the idea of CCP making the Top 100, the SP would need to move above $40. By my subjective reasoning, the SP is currently within a reasonable price range of $3o to $40.
