I agree 100% with your comments. Howard Coleman pressed one particular board member on that very issue of insider ownership. I'd love to listen to the AGM again, but we can't.
If you take out Donald McLay, their 2022 Annual report disclosed that 48,912 shares were held between 6 Directors. That combined total is probably less than what Pioupiou holds! Haha
