Its a really interesting dichotomy, so many long standing KMP /Board members at CCP seemingly indicating good culture and faith in the business, yet so little desire to own equity. I suspect the reason the reason is the regular implosions in the industry. A useful work around to this for the board would be extending out incentive packages. However, in their wisdom they did the opposite, by moving yearly vesting of LTI to avoids "vesting cliffs". You mean a vesting cliff if the business blows up in one year because off poor decisions in the prior couple of years? Surely not?
