The annual report "(for what it's worth) came out in November. It did include the following little note:
During the financial year, the Company paid a premium in respect of a contract to insure the directors and officers of theCompany against certain liability (subject to specific exclusions). The contract of insurance prohibits disclosure of the natureof the liability and the amount of the premium.

This is supposed to be an outline of the AGM address to update us on what has occurred since then I guess. That is why it's so very short. "Keep walking...nothing to see here"

Only been seven months so far since the ASIC questions with no response as far as I know..
