    Seems to me that appointing an ex CFO as the CEO rather than a commercial expert suggests that the CSS strategy is being led by the strategic partner rather than the internal management.
    I see CSS being taken out by Hofsef in the next couple of years if sales take off & the new CEO is just there to guide the ship.
