Hmm - I see this as an act of desperation, and to save cash. If a major deal was close, they wouldn't do such a major restructure. Looks like they were both pushed. It's sending alarm bells when the founder (PW) is no longer on the board.
I also worry when a scientist becomes a CEO - are they the right person to clinch deals ?
