Spot on mate re pontville. The new Distillery will have 1m litres p.a. but no reason it wont produce that quite quickly if they can get the raw materials. To be classed as a Whisky, needs to be matured for at least 2 years. Lark Typically maturation cycle is 5 - 8 years. So yes, anything produced from 2024/2025 will be ready by 2029 onwards (supporting the 1m litres p.a. sales in 2030 no worries).
Half Yr presentation, 28/02/2022 - Pg 6 notes existing distillery at Pontville which produces 193k L p.a... - Pg 7 notes commissioning of new 1m L p.a. in 2023 at estimated $13m cost (Incl additional Bond stores one would suspect, but they can add these over time as required). - Pg 16 notes estimated NSV to increase by 15% -25% for FY22 (refer to my previous post for some underlying proof of this - I was suggesteing this was likely a while ago)...

Pg 15 outlines production sites, Coal Valley, Bothwell, and newly added Pontville distillery.
Investor Presentation, 18/10/2021 - Pg 21 notes aquisiiton increase distillery capacity to 576k litres p.a. (this includes the 193k L p.a. from Pontville). i.e. pre Pontville acquisition, circa 383k L p.a. production. - Pg 22 notes the forecast litres at June 2022, and maturity profile. Note gap in 2026 (they dont have enough litres maturing that year - this they need to resolve to keep export momentum going)... What i expect will happen is they wont sell all of the 2023, 2024, 2025 maturing whisky and that will carry over year on year to fill.
So Assuming they operate all distilleries once the new distillery is operating, they have max production capacity of circa 1.576m litres p.a. (Hence I am just using 1.5m to allow for some downtime, and production of a bit of Gin on the side).
Anyhow, interesting how when it is all broken down, $20 by 2030 is where it looks to be headed..
