I have just seen the press release in relation to the allegations in this matter. Apart form Mr Bainbridge falling his sword today, there is no good news in it. A terrible thing.
As per my last posting, Mr Bainbridge has done a good job for shareholders at Lark. I can only hope that there is no taint from his other ill considered and unfortunate behaviours.
