Yes a buyback would be a good idea instead of a dividend come to think of it .
Re the USA facility rebuild , that may be a poisoned chalice , I found the cost of it was around $A4000 a square meter from memory using the ASX figures provided , which seemed a massive amount for an industrial building , be good to see what else is included in the build cost ie gantry cranes , welding robots.
