Logistics and delivery giant Lindsay Australia has tapped Aurizon veteran Clayton McDonald as its next chief executive from July 17.
Mr McDonald, who has been with Aurizon since 2008, replaces managing director and CEO Kim Lindsay who will be retiring on June 23 after two decades with the group.
Chief operating officer Craig Baker will be acting CEO for about a month.
Mr McDonald's fixed annual remuneration has been set at $830,000 gross per annum (including superannuation) and he will be eligible for incentives with a sign-on benefits deal, subject to vesting and service milestones, locked in if any incentives are forfeited or foregone.
