Those figures seem to be a little like comparing a minnow to Allan Joyce at Qantas and saying its cheap. Pretty much every name on every list there is part of a company making millions or billions a year. This company hasn't made income for years so not quite the same thing. I think it is not cheap but could be worse. More than most previous CEO's at pyc but as travel mentioned mr Tribe has put a truckload of cash in so if he thinks it is a good idea then there must be benefits planned. I would assume that this move was factored in for some time and certainly before raise, but maybe that is a question for the conference call. Obviously Rohan has known this guy for quite some time. Interesting that a go getter like Rohan steps aside tho unless he knew he was just caretaker after previous directors were dumped.
