180k pounds per year to be a puppet for Gernot isnt a bad gig. If you look at all his board member positions that he currently holds they are "nothing" companies. 5 million in the bank is nothing and no one with any sense would jump on board this sinking ship the bonus structure is setup for them to sign anything and anyone so he will probably pull in close to 300k+ aud for the next year or so for the odd day of work until this company finally takes its last breath.
