What I don’t like is £180k, plus director fees on top, is a shed load of company’s money even if the same is achieved as the last 12 months - ie absolutely nothing. Given where we’ve been and the context, a large chunk of this salary should be dependent on results - not the cash bonus on top of a very large base….
On the other hand, the performance rights are enormous, however if we can generate annual EBITDA of $35M plus, that would be quite the turnaround, deserving of reward.
Maybe can make argument have to pay base to attract quality, I’m not sure I’ve seen any indication of that last 6 months with Chris. Hope he can surprise us all…
Also, 70 targets evaluated with several moving to evaluation - - wasn’t that the exact same status as the last update?
