Maybe can make argument have to pay base to attract quality, I’m not sure I’ve seen any indication of that last 6 months with Chris. Hope he can surprise us all…

Also, 70 targets evaluated with several moving to evaluation - - wasn’t that the exact same status as the last update?

CB’s pay packet puts him almost in the top 1% of all earners in the UK. Also, bear in mind the average UK salary is around GBP 25K per year…..
