I guess the only strange question in my mind is these guys are all getting convertable notes issued so they can convert them into discounted shares in order (i assume) ultimately just to pay their own salaries?? Interesting setup. I guess they have to get paid either way and many of us wanted to see more financial commitment from those in charge so ultimately still a better outcome.
