1. Leo Lee, former CEO and savior of RGS, has increased his shareholding since his departure
2. Graham Vesey, CSO, founder and first CEO, is still a Top3 holder and has also increased his shareholding (via option, as per AGM)
3. John Martin, ex-CEO, has not sold out his shares since his departure.
4. Thomas Mechtersheimer, former Chairman, is still holding on his shares

In other words, 4 of the most important RGS executives / directors over the years still believe in the company's future. They know how good the Kyocera deal is, no need for CR. Yes, it will take some time, but the future is still very positive.
