I'm not sure how good he will be. Mostly in HR and sport previously and his association with Clive is hardly an endorsement.
Still he seems to be getting the ball rolling.
I would always be averaging up , not down in this situation.
That means first seeing stable company , then buying along the way at each green shoot you see. Whether they make it or not it seems a more prudent approach.
