The appeal with our new CEO is his experience. He’s been there and done it. Being at J&J and competing with other big pharmaceutical companies and staying there to see the results of his hard work to me is the testament of his qualities. There is one thing jumping from company to company and climbing the ladder, quite another being dedicated to success of one. To me that shows his dedication to overall business success not just his personal gain in the executive world. From this you can tell that he is not a fixer of the business he is the leader of growth. Many CEOs fix few things in the company, put that on their CV and move on to fix similar things with another company. Just my take on the person.
