Not sure what this says about a US based CEO leading a US IPO2 but a quick and decisive move by the Board.

Although his CV lists having worked on over 15 IPOs in his days in investment banking with US experience so hopefully he is working those phones as we speak and knows how to play the game.

Good Fonda numbers today saw a pretty muted market response: clearly any enthusiasm is being tempered by the capital overhang as Mel calls it so a funding solution in the short term hopefully is his first No.1 objective and being the current CFO I hope this means he will hit the ground running.
