The 4 reports I have on EAX forecast an average FY15 EPS of 28.2c. Agree that PE will rise for this business to 20 plus based on the rate of growth and high ROE.
At say a forward PE this time next year of 20 gives a potential target of $5.65. Discounting back to now at say a conservative 15% discount rate and you get a current target near $5
