I would assume the diagnostic wing of Anteo to stay under current BOD control.
BOD has chosen a candidate who can facilitate lucrative financial outcomes of negotiations
to maximize returns for shareholders and management alike.
This appointment to me speaks of advanced talks in funding and partnership arrangements in the battery space.
Somebody needed to be able to present Anteo Energy on a global level, IMO.
