He is another project manager from Shagang (the same as Honglin) which is great as far as projects such as UG and SD go . . . but I would have preferred a hard nose cost cutting industrial / production engineer, because in the time Honglin has been in the job at SR the number of employees has gone from around 500 to over 700 with zero increase in production. On top of that employees at SR are the highest paid group of employees in the whole of Tasmania
