We now know what Steve's real strategy was... and as far as the business is concerned, he didnt have one.
To make any of their telephony platform integrations work for them, they actually need to invest in some real activities, resources and people into making them work - there is no magic involved in making partnerships work - you just have to work at them and invest in them. Dubber SLT only every invested in themselves..
