Reality is that the majority of holders are underwater & will be for a long period until they show how they are going to make money which hopefully will line up with the Indian deal but until then no news can move it.

For a new company they are in a position to move forward over the next 12 months but the market knows that could mean two maybe three CR which will hold it back IMO will drift in between 10c to 13c for a long while.
