    Buying Options gives you the non binding right to buy shares at a predetermined execution price directly from the company....( traditionally a call option)
    they have an expiry, in this case sept 2020 , and an execution price, in this case $0.04..
    you can execute the option any time prior to expiry...
    but you may be better off buying the share outright..
    Options are "in the money" if the execution price is less than the current share price, and out if the money if lower..
    in reality, your buying time (a key factor) and usually a significant leverage ratio..ie right now, you can buy 4 options to one share...HOWEVER, your option can expire and it may not be worthwhile executing if you can buy the shares ( heads) for less than the execution price..

    Options can be (and usually are) high risk investing, as you actually own nothing but an option, which can expire as worthless...

    Options (puts and calls) are also called, futures or derivatives, and were created originally for mitigating risk in price fluctuation of commodities(oil, soy bean wheat, gold etc), but now are common place as performance incentives...
