i'm going out on a limb here but this is how i see it...announcement after announcement comes out with a presentation that is "unconventional" to say the least...in my experience no professional scientist should present data in the way that it is being presented by tmb.
and yet the information and "the form in which it is being presented" has to be signed off, (and is), by a "qualified person" (usually a geoscientist).
something is happening between the presentations being prepared and the signing off that doesn't add up.
taking about the constants...the owner of the company is not the only constant, the defective style of presentations is also a constant,
