Bring him on as a consultant if you think that’s all he was there for was to orchestrate the SQM agreement (which i think is BS explanation to be honest).
Look up the definition and rolls of a CEO, it isn’t to bring them in for a 6 month contract for an isolated project.
As others have rightly pointed out, he had a wealth of experience, something doesn’t add up with this whole situation.

Stable management and BOD’s should be a key metric when you are assessing a company, just seems in the case with TMB shareholders they totally disregard it.
