This stepping down and re-recruit is confusing me, CEO is Executive Board. Someone tell me is not and why??? He is actually never step down just changing title. All CEO in the world in every company is Executive Board. So make no difference...I will not Vote anything put forward. That is my research and my share so I am not voting anything for whatever he put forward. My own research is if someone stepdown he/she is GONE from the company, not staying around and put or recommend any agreement. I owned FMS share and I entitled to say my opinion and my thoughts and my own research. My own opinion and my own research. No Vote from Me. But I will hold my share until production and I want to see the Iron Ore. DYOR
