Serious amount of performance rights for fairly low targets.
A small salary for CEO standards is no concern when you get shares like this.
Not sure why the 16 & 19 targets are so heavily weighted when they appear to be the most achievable.
I'd prefer a stretch target. Its a bit more of a golden handshake. Effectively around $3.6M worth of shares for those two targets.
Also I would question the wording of ' highly successful neo-lender'.
