I don't understand it either

What I think is unfair is why is he getting a pay increase an options.

The share price is in the doldrums and IMO I can't visualise anything that has created shareholder wealth but note the increase of salaries and options to management

It's the same old story and nothing has changed.Getting sick and tired of the situation.I was looking for a takeover scenario and I could see then some value in holding the shares.Is there any one out there that is interested in a quality company with major potential who can add it to their operations.
