I agree, the amount of work going on isn’t a part time 20hr job, doubt if 40hrs would even cover.
This isn’t a charity and their wages are still low compared to most. Just take a look at lifestyle biotech Opyl OPL.AX where CEO Michelle is paying herself more than these guys, doesn’t even own shares even while those around her buy.
We have a different class of leaders at the helm, with big chunks of change at stake with major holdings, rather than handouts. Happy to see, retain them even though we have some challenges with SP short term.
