I'm sure the hours they put in far exceed 150% of FTE and I would be more than happy to pay them >150%. The performance, results and communications to-date are worth it alone.
As a comparison, I (unfortunately) am invested in a tech-beauty company with a MC of only $12m where all the BoD pay themselves in excess of $500k for nothing. Disgraceful, they could learn alot from RAC.
