No pay rise here, if anything they have taken a pay cut with inflation creeping upon us.
They are probably closer, if not more on a 1 FTE basis, and they should be paid for the work they do. Which in my mind, is massive! Think of their wives and children as well, they are sacrificing time with them to help create returns for shareholders and bring bisantrene back as a standard of care.
