Actually just going over some announcements of late (since new board changes)

1). The options issue to existing shareholders.

2). The notice of AGM actually telling the market they were raising cash at not less than 2.5c, when the stock was trading at 1.6c. That was probably to allow exisiting shareholders - especially those that didn't take up the options issue:( to top up.

3). Now todays announcement of a 'material aquisition'.

Have to admit the flow of events since new board established has been more 'existing shareholder friendly' since prior to new board.
