Perhaps they considered a performance element to the remuneration but thought it a bridge too far ?
On the bright side with the SP having dropped from 52c to 3.8c he can't do too much worse than the last guy right?
With 1.2m in cash at the last HY I wonder if his first task may be to raise capital?
