I can tell you for a fact that a lot of executives out there would have taken the opportunity to offload heads with the reasoning of “to fund options conversion and pay tax” but the fact that both LC and PH (in particular LC as PH’s shares are currently loaned out) did not do that at all shows that they are holding on to their shares knowing that it’s potential has not been fulfilled as yet.
