The way this usually works is the incentives and position are negotiated/accepted. Good news is released leading up to the shareholder vote for performance incentives. lol
However, I think there is going to be news flow soon on Falcon Lake. Plus, I think they are receiving more calls on the Austrian project that warrants him to move to an MD role.
