For sure they will go over budget. Your probably correct. Let alone more stages.
They may have even got it from a scrap yard! ! No ones knows cause they are hidding something by not telling anyone.
No one will keep pouring money in for. no return. Unless your wanting to be a creditor and get it all on the cheap when they go into administration. Im surprised they are still around.
